To make an application for a domain name you must be over the age of 18 years.

The following restrictions apply to the registration of these domain names:

(i)Private individual who apply for domain names will have the extension *.pp.ru.

(ii) *.com.ru domain name do not have any restrictions.

(iii) *.net.ru domain name since November 1, 2003 have no restrictions.

(iv) *.org.ru domain name since November 1, 2003 have no restrictions.


These are the rules and no exceptions will be made.
