The following rules apply to the application for domain names at Domain Name Services:

1. All information within the application must be true and correct as it is regarded as a legal document and false information will lead to forfiture of the domain name without explanation.

(i).Nicknames are not accepted as Full Names.

(ii).Abreviations of any information is not acceptable.

(iii).Postcodes or Zipcodes must be correct.

(iv).Telephone and Fax numbers must have country codes.

(v).Domain names must include suffixes e.g. .com.ru

(vi).No applications will be accepted from "Free Email Accounts" this means
accounts from yahoo, hotmail, lycos, msn, 163.com, sina.com, go8go.com or any "free" webmail account. We do check the addresses so save us time and the embarrassment for you not receiving a confirmation.

2. Check the WHOIS to see if the domain name is available. Applications with current registered domains will be deleted without notification.

3. Nameserver changes can only be submitted at the site links found on the application site.

4. Registration of adult, obscene or sensitive names are prohibited.

5. After registration of a domain name, if it is found that it is being used for illegal purposes, url redirected to a site without permission, or any other criminal use, the domain name will be cancelled.

6. Non compliance with any of the above conditions will cause the application to be deleted without notice.

7. Domain Name Services reserves the right to add or delete information within the Terms of Service at any time.

8. By sending an application it is considered that these Terms of Service are accepted.
